Wright State University - Lake Campus is reviving it's Summer Teacher Institute. The Institute consists of four one-day workshops covering a range of topics. Participating teachers can register for one, two, three or all four days. Each day ill have an option to earn Graduate Credit for the EXTREMELY low rate of $200/graduate hour.
The Mercer County Educational Service Center is partnering with Discovery Education to implement a four-year professional development initiative aimed at reframing the educational experience of every student enrolled in Mercer County public schools. investED Mercer County is an opportunity for seventy-five teachers to participate in the Teacher Leader Corps model of sustained, rigorous and job-embedded professional learning. This is designed to build the professional capital of teachers in the areas of 21st Century Instructional Practices & STEM, supporting student-centered learning, differentiation and best practice teaching.
