Mission
To provide families and the professionals that serve them access to the most appropriate and available resources to support their efforts to address and overcome barriers.

Purpose

To serve as a connector between home, school, and community
To amplify students' and families' needs
To share information about how to access existing resources
To locate opportunities to fill resource gaps to support the achievement of the outcomes important to the students, families, and education professionals in our community
